So today on my plan it says to run 5 miles. To tell you the truth my body is screaming in pain. Sunday’s long run involved a hilly path. Yesterday’s workout was a 30 minute upper body circuit workout. My body is extremely sore. I am mad at myself that I am not running today but I need a rest day to recover my muscles. It still hurts to walk down the stairs.
Ok enough about my complaining.
