It’s Friday! WOHOOO!!! I have not posted in a long time I have been really busy with school.
1. I am obsessed with this song!
Its perfect sweater weather after this winter storm!
2. I got a call back from an interview that I had two weeks! I go back Monday!
3. I love dailymile!
So far in terms of workouts here is what I have been doing:
Monday: I ran for 15 minutes straight took a 4 minute break then hopped back on the Treadmill for another 15 minutes + 3 miles on the bike. I am really starting to like the bike instead of the elipitcal in terms of machines to cross train on.
Tuesday: I did the elipitcal and weights
Wednesday: I was supposed to run for 30 minutes but I was emotionally drained. I ran for 15 minutes and then did the ellipitcal. I also did weights on the weight machine.
Thursday: I biked for an hour and wound up clocking in 14 miles! wow!
I am so happy that my calf is getting better but I am sick of running the treadmill. I need to get my but out in the cold and be one with nature
4. I am losing twitter followers.
Whatever if you dont like what I tweet then I guess you are missing out from my amazing thoughts! jk
Have a great weekend everyone! Also I signed up for Chitown Half Marathon and 10k. (10k portion). I would like to run the whole thing with no pain and maybe run it in under an hour but I think I am asking too much of myself right now.
