Friday Things

It’s Friday! WOHOOO!!! I have not posted in a long time I have been really busy with school.

1. I am obsessed with this song!

Its perfect sweater weather after this winter storm!

2. I got a call back from an interview that I had two weeks! I go back Monday!

So far in terms of workouts here is what I have been doing:

Monday: I ran for 15 minutes straight took a 4 minute break then hopped back on the Treadmill for another 15 minutes + 3 miles on the bike. I am really starting to like the bike instead of the elipitcal in terms of machines to cross train on.

Tuesday: I did the elipitcal and weights

Wednesday: I was supposed to run for 30 minutes but I was emotionally drained. I ran for 15 minutes and then did the ellipitcal. I also did weights on the weight machine.

Thursday: I biked for an hour and wound up clocking in 14 miles! wow!

I am so happy that my calf is getting better but I am sick of running the treadmill. I need to get my but out in the cold and be one with nature ;)

4. I am losing twitter followers.

Whatever if you dont like what I tweet then I guess you are missing out from my amazing thoughts! ;) jk

Have a great weekend everyone! Also I signed up for Chitown Half Marathon and 10k. (10k portion). I would like to run the whole thing with no pain and maybe run it in under an hour but I think I am asking too much of myself right now.

    Nice song. I would be embarrassed to be on dailymile right now! Congrats on the 2nd interview! Good luck!

      You’re really really fast why would you be embarrassed?! Are you tapering down your training for Boston or are you injured? Thanks I am excited!

    I’m sorry :( . Being injured sucks. Good luck. I’m also trying to attempt my first 3 mile run I about a month tomorrow.
