Here is what my week looked like in Workouts:
Monday: 30 min Run(3 miles) + 20 min bike (3 miles)+ 10 min Abs
Tuesday: 40 min Ellipitcal(3.67 miles)+ 20 min weights
Wednesday: 1 mile run (I was not feeling up to running 30 minutes that day)+ 40 min elliptical (4.05)+ 10 min weights
Thursday: 1 hour bike (14.22 miles) + 20 minute on Weights
Saturday: 4.63 miles in 44:00 minutes
Total Weight Loss: 3 pounds
Overall my calf is getting better. However, I cannot do a lot of resistance on the treadmill and the ellipitcal because I start to feel a twinge in my calf. Yesterday I got a bra fitting (tmi w/e) turns out I lost one more inch around my chest! I was a 36 band now I am a 35!

Today I am trying to do all of my homework, workout, get groceries before the red-carpet coverage starts! I love the oscars! I would love to go to them one day. (A Girl can dream)
