Happy Sunday Everyone! Before I dive into this post I just realized that around this time last year I ran my first 10k! Wohoo! I have come such a long way from my 10k days. However I took a month long sabbatical from running and I am now training for another 10k ;).
Here is what my training will look like for this week
My goals for this week are to fit in at least two workouts in the early morning (5:45am or earlier).
I also sketched out a rough meal plan for the week
Kale Smoothies, Cereal with Blueberries, Egg Beater Sandwiches w/ Kale, Ham+Cheese, and Nutz over Chocolate Luna Bar <–Everyone should try this flavor
My go to lunch is this random salad
-2tbsp of Trader Joes Dijon Mustard <–This stuff is so spicy
-4 slices of Ham
-1 slice of Provolone Cheese
-1/4-1/2 cup of Cucumbers
-10 Cherry Tomatoes
This fine lunch keeps me satisfied and is around 300 calories. #noms
Most nights I am at school so dinner is either a salad from the salad bar at Dominick’s or a protein bar and coconut water.
Have a great rest of the Sunday. For the rest of my Sunday I am going to fit in a workout, do homework and watch the Newsroom.
